Go to the website ahlsell.no/kundesenter and click ‘Create user’’. Enter your name, e-mail address and customer number. You will in no time receive a confirmation with your user by e-mail. Copy of invoice Log in to www.ahlsell.no/faktura with your custom- er number and password. You can also log in to the Online Store: Mine sider (My pages) → Søk faktura (Search invoice). Expected processing time (until the case is resolved) • Returns: up to 16 working days • Complaints: up to 12 working days • Tracking: up to 1 working day (depending on the response time of the carrier) Regarding returns/complaints on special order products, the processing time may be somewhat longer.
